APS

The Association for Project Safety (APS) is a multi-disciplinary membership body for those who operate in, or have an interest in, Health and Safety Risk Management in the Construction Industry. CQMS have held Corporate membership since 2008 and membership is only open to individuals who can demonstrate that they firstly meet the APS entry requirements for education, experience and CPD and secondly have passed the examination. 

Staff qualifications

We know that we as a company are only as good as our staff, so in addition to the above all employees involved in CQMS’ Support Services hold the following minimum qualifications:


CQMS Safety Advisers

National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH)
CITB Advanced Scaffold Safety Inspection Course
CITB Scaffold Safety Inspection Course
CITB Site Management Safety Training Course (SMSTS)

 

CQMS CDM Manager

National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health (NEBOSH Construction)
NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health
CITB – CDM 2007 Regulations Update
Professional Diploma in Safety, Health and Environmental Management

IOSH Managing Safely

BSC Level 1 Certificate in Health and Safety


 

In addition to the above, all CQMS’ administration staff undergo regular in-house CPD training.
