Clients must provide designers and contractors who may be bidding for the work (or who they intend to engage) with project-specific health and safety information needed to identify hazards and risks associated with the design and construction work (the Pre-Construction Information).
How we will help you
As part of our role as CDM Coordinator CQMS will prepare your Pre-Construction Information by:

Liaising with Client, Designers, Principal Contractor and Contractors
- Highlighting the foreseeable risks present within and around the project area and detail the expected approach for the management and control of health and safety issues on the site.
