Your obligations
The Construction Phase Plan is prepared by the Principal Contractor in accordance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 for notifiable projects, to outline the arrangements for managing health and safety on site during construction work.
The Construction Phase Plan is a site-specific live document which must be kept up to date at all times and altered as the project progresses. It is also a legal requirement that the plan must be implemented.
How we will help you

CQMS can:
- Review the Pre-Construction Information (PCI) and produce a Construction Phase Plan (CPP) on your behalf.
- Provide supporitng documentation:

etc.
-
Furthermore if we are CDM Coordinator we can review the Construction Phase Plan to ensure it is suitable and sufficient to enable works to commence and report to the Client.
